1 apple chips
To make apple chips you need
green apple 2
cup fresh cream
castor sugar 2 tbsp
a pinch of cinnamon powder
Prepare apple chips like this
First of all preheat the oven to 130 degree celsius.
Then cut the apple into thin slices.
Take castor sugar in a bowl. Add cinnamon powder and mix.
Place a silicone mat on a baking tray and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over it.
Place the apple slices on top of the sugar and sprinkle more sugar on top.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 130 degrees for 5-7 minutes or till the apple slices are golden brown.
Remove the apple chips from the oven.
Cool and serve.
2 Nandru chips
To make Nandru chips you need
2 Lotus Stem
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp peri-peri powder
1 tsp garlic powder
oil for frying
How to make Lotus Cucumber Chips
Cut the lotus stalk into thin sticks and leave it in the water for 20 minutes.
Pat dry on a paper towel.
Deep fry the chips in hot oil.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the salt, chili powder, garlic powder and peri powder.
Add the fried lotus stalks to the spice mixture.
3 banana chips
To make Banana Chips you need
4 green bananas (thinly sliced thinly)
2 cups coconut oil
3 cups water
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tbsp chili powder
salt to taste
How to make Banana Chips
Put the banana slices in a solution of water, salt and turmeric and leave it for 5 minutes.
Mix it well and take it out in a vessel to soak it completely.
Heat oil in a medium sized pan on high heat.
Cut the slices into small portions.
Fry till golden brown and take out on a paper napkin.
Repeat with the rest of the slices.
Sprinkle salt and chili powder and let cool.
Fill it in the box.
