Just ten minutes of Kapalbhati practice every day can be helpful in reducing your belly fat.

Kapalbhati is my own tried and tested recipe. When I had to do a sitting job in the office for 7 hours continuously, a thick layer of fat had accumulated around the stomach. I tried many exercises to get rid of it. But I didn’t like anything better than Kapalbhati.

I started practicing Kapalbhati twice a day. 500-700 times in the morning on an empty stomach and then 500 times on an empty stomach immediately after coming from office. I started feeling the difference in just 2 months. On the 4-5th month, the fat completely disappeared.

If done properly, Kapalbhati not only reduces belly fat but also improves metabolism. It also removes the problem of gas, acidity and bloating.

Kapalbhati is also beneficial for mental health

Doing Kapal Bhati prevents the formation of blood clots in the brain. You just need to do it with ease. In this, the laxative itself is the main thing. It involves inhaling and exhaling forcefully through both nostrils. After doing a laxative from sixty to a hundred, do a long laxative. Hold the breath out.

It is also necessary to take some precautions

It is very important to keep some precautions in mind before doing Kapal Bhati. If these things are not kept in mind, then instead of benefit, there can be loss.

If there is any kind of disease in the stomach, high blood pressure, heart problem, then do not do Kapal Bhati.

Do not do this pranayama during pregnancy or after pregnancy.

Do not do Kapalbhati during periods or even if you have back pain.

Note that doing Kapalbhati immediately after eating food can be harmful. Do this only after 6 hours of eating food.

Now know the right way to do Kapalbhati

First of all sit in Padmasana.

Keep the spine straight. Sit down comfortably.

Keep your hands on your knees towards the sky.

Take a deep breath.

While exhaling, draw the stomach inwards. Do as much as you can. In this sequence, pull the navel inwards.

If you want to feel the contraction of the abdominal muscles, put your hand on the stomach.

One can exhale 20 times to complete one round of Kapalbhati Pranayama.

Rest after one round is over.

Close your eyes.
