To make curd arbi ki sabzi you need

Yogurt 1 cup
Colocasia 250 grams
oil 4 tbsp
Besan 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 (half) tsp
turmeric powder few drops
salt to taste
Garlic paste 1/2 (half) tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 (half) tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
dry red chilies broken 3
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 (half) tsp
Amchur powder 1/4 tsp
Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp
red chili 1

How to make Yogurt Arbi

Cook the arbi for 2 whistles. Let it cool slightly and peel it. Grease the chopping board and knife, place the arbi on the board and gently press down with the knife.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a non stick pan, add the arbi, cover and turn over on a low flame, till they become golden brown and crispy from all sides.

In a bowl mix yogurt, gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garlic paste and ginger paste well. Heat the remaining oil in a non stick kadhai.

Add asafoetida, red chilli and carom seeds and fry till fragrant. Add the curd mixture and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens. Add dry mango powder, arbi and mix. Add half the green coriander and mix.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot garnished with the remaining coriander and red chillies.
